Such conduct may result in removal and referral to authorities. By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, or likeness in photography, video, and audio recordings for promotional, editorial, marketing, and archival purposes by MLG, including use on: •⁠ ⁠Social media platforms •⁠ ⁠Websites •⁠ ⁠Public prints and publications •⁠ ⁠Promotional materials and campaigns •⁠ ⁠Media features relating to MONACO LAURÈN CO. All recorded content remains the property of MONACO LAURÈN CO. Nairobi and may be used without compensation. Data Protection Images, audio, or video recordings may constitute personal data under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya) and may be processed for event documentation, promotion, safety, and security. Event Changes The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or terminate the event or any part of it due to safety, weather, security concerns, or circumstances beyond their control. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
